Delivery & Returns

All the clothes are handmade and ‘ made to order’. On receipt of an order, the garments will be promptly shipped by courier, as soon as they are made. All orders are shipped from Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Shipping options: We prefer to ship via DHL express to ensure the quick delivery to our customers. Please don’t forget to include your phone number, should we need to contact you.

Shipping Duration: It usually takes 7-10 business days for an order to be received. Most international orders include tracking information. Customers of an international shipment are responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. 

Shipping Address : All orders are shipped to the address provided at check out. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been confirmed and shipped.

Returns and Exchange Details: Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing queries to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Please ask us as many questions as required to help ensure the style and size are right for you.

We try our best to capture the true colors of the fabrics, however this depends partly on the color setting of your monitor and computer. If you would like to get a fabric sample before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to mail you a sample.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges: 

Sometimes an item may not fit as you had hoped or the fabric may not be as you had imagined. Contact us within 7 business days of the order being received, if you are not happy with your purchase. 

Ship items back to us within 14 business days of delivery. Once your item arrives back with us, we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or to make a refund (the refund is provided within 14 days after the item(s) is received by us.

Please “NOTE” that the shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items.

The items cannot be returned or exchanged: All items must be returned undamaged and in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags undamaged and attached. Domlei reserves the right to refuse the refund or exchange of items that are deemed damaged or not fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
