Shipping Details

Some items are ready to post but for those that are made to order, please refer to each product to see the expected delivery times. These may vary during busy periods, but we will always inform you if there may be a slight delay.

If you order several items including both ‘made to order’ and ‘ready to post’ garments, we will not post your parcel until we have made the ‘made to order’ item.

Domestic shipping within Phnom Penh is charged at $3 per order. We ship overseas via ‘DHL tracked’, which should take 10 days to 14 days. Please contact us if you feel your item(s) are taking too long and we will provide you with tracking information. Customers who spend $125 or over will be granted free delivery.

We cannot be responsible for any lost or missing international packages. All duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, where any items are returned due to the non-payment of such fees, the charges for these orders will not be refunded.
